What it is all about...

It truly has been a rewarding holiday season. As this year closes, I look back on all of the accomplishments and as always, I'm amazed all over again. Many things happen each year that are not planned, however, we have once again managed to complete all our projects.? Projects have happened first because of the needs, then second only because of funds. Each of these groups did not know of each other, yet the two were brought together and Ellie's Angels sent out their message of love and warmth on time.

As an American, I have said many times " God Bless America" Well as thankful as I am for all that America is today, we should also remember this, to ask for blessing for the human spirit.

The quality maintained in each gift has always been important. We feel that each blanket made, reflects the special message of kindness and compassion our organization sends out to each recipient. We have so many wonderful and talented ladies, who sit and crochet for hours. They produce beautiful pieces of work. Very seldom do they know exactly where the blanket goes. Each knows our mission statement and knows that with each delivery, a mission is carried out.

I would like to take this time to send the most sincere gratitude to those who support our organization with the much-needed funds. As we continue to grow, I'm always amazed that the funds grow also. Sometimes very slow, but always happens. I know that this is God's work. It would seem many times that some special Angel sits on the threshold and directs money, just as it is needed.
